    Best non-BBK power mods?

I tried that and the Air Fuel Ratio meter says the PCX 150 flows to much rated st 140cc min. The better option would be the Grom injector they are rated at 105- 115 cc min. Stock injector is 90cc min.

    Spark Arrester

I guess it all depends on where you cut it off. The last section is where the exhaust does a loop before exiting the muffler. If you omit that the sound gets hollow and in my opinion sounds unmuffled.

    Gear shift lever

Get creative with a zip wheel and a welder to rework the stock heel toe job. I cut of the spline adapter rewelded it about 2 inches further on the shank. To come up with this version of a size 13 Boot. Stock lever rebounds easy in a vice and hammer.

    Best non-BBK power mods?

Yes. The pipe mods were about 130km ago but it seemed a bit lean with stock injector. PCX150 is alleged to only effect 0-30% and above 80% throttle positions. The ECU should trim only the around town operational with a learned lesser pulse width based on stock narrow band O2 feedback. Only last...

    Best non-BBK power mods?

I wenf even further and thanks to cheap Amazon stuff got an LSU 4.9 Wide Band O2 readout kit for $150 Canadian. Took all dat to install and a few tweeks to the wiring harness and available real estate on the console to mount it. Yet to drive it cuase it's late after a long day wrlding wrenching...

    Cheap parts chain oiler

In real world touring say, chains tend to get over lubed every now and then at the gas pumps or the end of the day. Then during use they get drier by the revolution until next application of lube. So from one extreme to another if nelgected. Auto chain luber's no matter who made them use the...

    Best non-BBK power mods?

I suspect it would be less felt effect due to stock being not free flowing exhaust. I will be continuing to log effects on fuel mileage over next couple fill ups. Have arranged a test swap with a fella with stock grom. They are aledged to have either 105cc or 115cc minute stock injector.

    Best non-BBK power mods?

I bought one of those listed PCX 150 16450 KZY -701 injectors from local Honda powerhouse. $75 Canadian. Installed in on my mostly stock 2024 CT125 Trail. Mine only has HD muffler and zero caty defintely free flow compared to stock choker can. Can say definitive better midrange power felt. Same...

My Canadian 2024 JA65 had the second catylic in the front portion of muffler as well.

    Cheap parts chain oiler

Over time keeping the chain oiled extends its life in my typical riding style. That is why they sell chain lube. I have put several different versions on many chain driven bikes. The extreme dirt rider guys use chain wax as to not attract dirt. I can not believe that not lubing chain is a life...

    Reserve Fuel container options.

This is a good version if you can fab up the mount to bolt it to previous tool box mount points. They have 5 and 3 liter versions.

    Cheap parts chain oiler

That was before. I took photo the time it was installed. That would have been the factory white lithium type chain lube they used. Bike had 400ish km on it but I have driven thru dirt fields etc. It is a trail bike and that is what it was made for. Continuous light amounts of good chain lube...

'238' cam, for lower end/midrange installed

My cheap free flow exhaust used to be on a Harley Davidson 1200 Sportster. $40 for a pair next to new condition. Looks nice and shiney. Can now hear the motor at least. By no means is it loud. I think it leaned out the WOT Air Fuel mixture at transition point from 80% to WOT Ordered in a Honda...

For those of you running milk crates……

Windshield is from an 08 Suzuki Burgman 400. It requires making custom holder brackets. First version was canted a bit and did nof allow to adjust angle of handlebars. Revision coming soon. Sorry it took so long to reply. I am getting used to how this forum sends notifications etc.
