    I used the universal mounting plate from givi. It was an additional 65$ ish dollar purchase, and then I installed that to the stock luggage rack. I went 50/50, using included givi hardware to hold it at two points on the luggage rack., and some stainless steel fasteners from the hardware store...

    Givi trekker outback 42L. The dimensions almost perfectly match the stock rack without sticking out, and now I have something to lean on to lessen fatigue while riding!

    Yeah that may be true, I experienced it a little before the bark busters and more so afterwards. That would be a bummer if it gets worse with more bags; I wanted to put a top box on the back at some point too so I’ll let everyone know what happens then
