45 MPH roads
As others have mentioned, first set Google Maps to avoid highways. That will at least get you off interstates and some state roads. It isn't a perfect solution though since some back roads actually have higher speed limits than state roads, and Google's definition of "highway" seems to be...- theLoneNomad

Attempted the TransAmerica Trail solo, wrecked my Trail 125
It was a blast. But yes, I am 100% okay. Very very lucky. I'd rather the bike be mangled than me! Thanks, it was the certainly the most adventurous I've ever been in my 32 years of life. No regrets.
