Motorcycle videos and how to annoy me.

Ok here's a tip for all you guys trying to become youtube famous buying a CT125 or any Motorcycle really and then filming yourself riding or doing maintenance or even just waxing lyrical on the subject. Here's 3 things that annoy me enough to turn you off.
1 spending 10 times the amount of time it takes to change the oil or anything else your doing because of your long winded, self promotion or just tired observations. It's a oil change, not a complete overhaul, get on with it.
2 pointing the camera at your face as you talk, unless you look like a supermodel I really don't need to see you every 5 seconds, please point the camera at something more interesting like the Motorcycle, your dog, your neighbors dog anything else really than your face. I've seen you already.
3 ruining beautiful scenery as you ride with a running monolog of anything that runs thru your head, I know it's boring sometimes on long rides and you run out of stuff to talk about so you start rambling on about your 1st day of kindergarten or your uncles hemorrhoids, just shut up and let the scenery and the bike tell the story, it will do a better job than you ever will maybe watch some old buster Keaton movies for inspiration. So there you are, your welcome for improving your videos and now you have time to write a post on people who complain about other people while using poor grammar and punctuation 😁

I skip around in videos a lot or play them at 2x speed if I want them to get to the point. I like hearing what's going on with the motorcycle too unless it's just going to be bad wind noise. The thing that probably bugs me most is clickbait that's actually misleading. If a video isn't for a laugh but instead meant to be informative, then may as well be clear and direct in describing the video.

I agree! I do have to say that I like the BeardedMechanic channel. Craig seems like a down-to-Earth guy who speaks plainly, explains what he's doing and why and isn't afraid to admit when he makes a mistake. He works on a variety of bikes too which keeps me interested.
