    Just finished my 3rd ride on my 2023 Trail 125. First was 30 miles, 2nd 15 miles and the 3rd was 46 miles. All on forrest roads. My speed was 15 to 20 mph and only got in 4th gear occasionally. Had a few odd noises the first trip and after that none. Do hear the clutch holding back going...

    First Ride Tomorrow!!

    Today I rode 25 miles on the roads through Bankhead today. They are in very good condition. Only met 3 trucks on my ride. Two were Forrest Service employees and one was a guy from Louisiana at one of the trailheads. Had a very good experience on my first ride.

    I don’t plan to be on city streets or highways. We have national forests roads close by. I usually go there in my Jeep 3 or 4 times a month. Most of my driving is 15 to 20 mph. I’ll trailer the bike there. Thanks for the reply!

    I’ve looked around for a riders course. I have several friends who ride and can give me some good advice. Hopefully one or two of them will follow my lead and get a smaller bike. A group ride with an overnight camp would be great. I’ll be out in cooler weather so boots and clothes will be important.
