    Yes so true. Seals and other rubber parts will need replaced. Every seal will leak eventually, and the more one rides an old low mileage bike, the quicker the seals will fail.

    I added a two decades old Hardigg case to Hunter S Honda. The case has been on four other bikes either as a top case or as a half of a side luggage set up. It has many, many mounting holes. Drainage holes (On the bottom) far outnumber inlet holes (sides) so at least the water which gets in...
