    Your story is similar to mine. My dealer did not keep a waiting list. First come, first serve. But if I had waited, there were guys lined up to buy it.     I found a new Trail in Nevada, but the dealer would not sell it to me because I'm in California. He said Honda ships some Trails that are compliant with California emissions laws, and some that are not. He said they sometimes got bikes that are certified compliant with California emissions, but...

    Glossy olive green is very accurate. Whatever you call it, I love it. I'm happy to have one in any color, and I like being a little different from the guys with red bikes. I hope that someday you can walk into a Honda dealership and see the Trail in three different colors that you can choose...
