    Adventurers Wanted

I've been talking to my wife about going on this adventure. She doesn't ride, but she says that she can drive our Jeep Gladiator pickup so we can use it as a sag wagon, maybe some of your gear, maybe some extra fuel, and if anyone really did get hurt, and couldn't ride, she could get them to the...

    Yolo Bypass ride

I just saw your post about riding in the Yolo Bypass area. My sister has a family photo from the early 1900's of some of our relatives with their Harley Davidson's. They used to ride the roads from Woodland to Sacramento long before the roads were paved. I've often thought I would like to make a...

    Insurance question

For those of you that understand insurance better than I do, I have a question. Because of a bumpy (paved) road, one of my straps came loose, and I ended up dragging my Honda down the road. It did over $2,000 damage. My insurance company wouldn't cover it, because it was considered a...

    Hitch Carrier

I had the struts compressed about 2/3 of the way down. A guy pulled up next to us at a stop light, and yelled, "You're dragging your motorcycle!" I said "Yeah, right." Then I looked in the rear view mirror, and didn't see my beloved Honda 125.

    Hitch Carrier

I bought a VersaHaul carrier. There was so much bounce and sway that one of my tie-downs came lose, and it fell off the back. I dragged it down the road for a good half mile. Everything across the top of the handlebars was destroyed, including the headlight. Before you blame me for a faulty...

    Hauling CT 125

I was using this Versa Haul hitch hauler for my CT90, but I DO NOT recommend it for the CT125. The CT125 is too heavy. https://hondatrail125.com/index.php?threads/hauling-ct-125.916/ I am considering this one from Versa Haul: http://www.versahaul.com/vh55ro.php

    Insurance Costs for Trail125?

I was paying about $78 for my CT90 through Progressive, and when I added the CT125 They upped the policy by $34. I was pretty happy.

    Price Check

I paid $5,390 out the door in Klamath Falls, Oregon, no sales tax, no registration, since I was bringing it back to California. The 125's are so rare at dealers, that if you want one, you pay what they're asking. I'm happy to have found one, and they were very nice at the dealership.

Who's got one on order? And more importantly, what news have you heard?

Hey Animadversor, thanks for the tip on the Honda 125 for sale in Klamath Falls. I just bought it. I can't believe it. It's a little drive to pick it up, but at my local Honda dealer I was #19 on a waiting list of 34 people, and that's after giving them a deposit in November 2020. Thanks again...
