    For those interested in the kickstart arm swap. I just got home this morning and tried swapping them. The kickstart arms are not interchangeable. Shaft diameter on the ‘23 is 2-3mm smaller that the ‘21.

    Snagged a ‘23 today out of Beaumont, Tx. Time to transfer all the doodads off of my ‘21 and get rid of it. Much rather the green over the red.

    Uprated Takegawa oil pump

    It works fine. Ordered mine from HardRacing, and have about 1500 miles on the new pump. Be prepared to lean the bike over to the left side to reinstall the right side cover. The auto clutch linkage is a bit of a fight to realign, but leaning the bike over solves the issue.

    Forgot about that. It’s a Scottoiler VSystem. Vacuum operated automatic chain oiler. They work pretty well at keeping the chain lubed.

    I modified a Takegawa side bracket and modified the s250 bracket as well. Takegawa bracket it’s a very sturdy setup, and it tucks neatly under the rear rack.

    Picked mine up Dec. 3, 2020. Replaced my CB500X for the daily driver spot. Few mods here and there to make it more practical. Givi top box and tool box, hand guard, some racks, and a high flow oil pump.

    Tips and Tricks for closing right side of crankcase?

    I ratchet strapped mine to the ceiling of the shop then leaned it almost all the way on its side. I fought it for an hour or two till I tried that. Then it went together first try.
