Last Spring, I posted a thread about mounting a plastic ammo box on a side rack to carry all my flat tire fix supplies. After 80 miles off-road this Fall in Big Bend National Park, the mounting tabs broke off the original luggage rack, causing the ammo box and the original little toolbox to flap in the breeze. Finally got around to grinding off what was left of the old tabs and mounting some proper angle iron to hold things together. I don't imagine the mounting point will break again.
