I think the NBC110 looks like a Super Cub because it is one 😉

They are also very similar to the Cross Cub CC110 (not used by Aus Post) which may have been what you saw if it looked like a Trail?

The low exhaust is preferable for running a pannier on both sides.

There are certainly some folks running Trails as highly modified street oriented bikes in Japan who have a custom low exhaust. The closest to that I've seen for sale is still an upswept exhaust from OVER RACING that is popular on the larger displacement big bore kit Trail builds.

You may want to explore some local, custom options first; these bikes do not have a very complicated exhaust system and duplicating something like you're looking for would not be hard. I have a Mom & Pop exhaust shop in my town which would probably be able to build a custom exhaust for a MC for less money and in less time then it would take to ship something from overseas. This particular shop seems to like custom work as they've done work for me on a couple of my classic cars and enjoyed it. The Owner/Manager/Welder/guy who answers the phone/sells used cars when it gets slow told me he gets tired of replacing stolen Catalytic Converters and replacing Mufflers and enjoys a challenge. He built me an exhaust for my Subaru-powered VW Thing and did a great job in less then a day. When I got there to pick it up he was taking pictures of it. Then the guy behind me asked how much to replace the stolen Catalytic Converter on his Prius LOL!

My point is, sometimes seeking-out a local solution is better. Not always and I won't go (too far) into the benefits of supporting local businesses but when I customize something, I like it to look a little different then everyone else's.
