Blue accessory connector inside of the Canadian market headlight bucket?

The CT125s in the Japanese market have had a blue connector inside of the headlight bucket, while the Trail 125 in the USA market does not. That connecter is used for various options, including the Honda USB socket, and also the Honda OEM grip heaters. Has anyone from Canada looked inside their headlight bucket to see if that blue connector is in there? I have a set of Honda OEM grip heaters and their mounting kit sitting on the shelf and am not sure what to do with them.
Here is the kit to install the grip heaters and it connects to the blue connector in the headlight bucket:

CB Spoolmak, Thanks.. that is the first report I have heard about the blue connector from Canada. That means the OEM grip heaters are plug and play for you. Not for us in the USA unfortunately. So besides getting the rear rack with the 4 extra accessory mounting points and the Thai/Japanese shift pattern, all the 12V accessories from Japan are also plug and play through that blue connector for you.

The shift pattern in Thai, Japanese bikes is a blast to drive. No problem shifting toe and heel.I especially like coming to a complete stop in 4 th gear and toe down to neutral. The American shift pattern. would be much harder to drive.

I guess we highjacked the thread. Let's try to get back to discussing the blue connector. One reply on the Canadian, Thai, Japanese shift pattern before we do.
Guys with big feet should try shifting "toe and toe", it works great if you have big feet too.. much better than chopping off the rear pad on the shifter: If you try it for four rides, you might not go back, or at least you will have the technique in your bag if the top of your toes get sore, (or if you want to wear flip-flops.. LOL)

The Blue connector is in the Canadian JA65 model. It is handy if you only want one option. Heated grips or power to dash cig plug. I used mine to power grip heat and ran a secondary keyed hot from center console to power cig plug. Splicing was required as that got busy as well. All depends on what you want to power up. 190 watt alternator is a nice new spec..
