Does anyone know how much extra juice these bikes make at road speed ?
I'm guessing it's fine for charging a phone or GPS but....

Enough for heated grips ?
Anything else ?

Got you fam. 60W is generally what we say is ok with a 190W total stator output.

fit a volt meter and keep an eye on it.. 190w is the ac output, and some of the bike does run on half wave dc. if it starts dropping while riding, its pulling too much, that simple.

I bought a usb charger that plugs into my accessory port with a digital volt meter just to keep an eye on my voltage. It’s accurate within a few tenths compared to my meter.
