So I've been searching and trying JT Sprockets site but am still not sure what the correct part number is for the 2023 CT rear sprocket is, I think it would be a JTR269 42 (teeth) but eBay Motors says it does not fit the 23. So what are you running on the 2023 specify? Thank you. in advance. I'm gonna be hauling my Grandson around the mountains of Southern Colorado and need a little more bottom end.

That should fit. If you add teeth to the rear sprocket rather than dropping a tooth from the front spocket then you may need a longer chain. The stock chain is #428 and 108 links.
If you go with a JT rear sprocket you will find that the stock lock nuts do not sit flush, easy solution is to replace them with lock nuts that have a smaller head:

But your showing me a picture of a '21 with the JTR269 38, I've been told it will not fit a 23, just sayin! :(

The stock rear sprockets are different between the JA55 and JA65, but not incompatible. JT Sprockets haven't updated the compatibility info, it looks like they only have things listed for the CT125 through 2022. That's likely why eBay won't show it as compatible.

Here's a 2024 JA65 CT125 running a JTR269.44 , showing that a JTR269 rear sprocket fits the 2023-2024 model:

Done deal, fit just fine. I did put the 14 tooth front back on as well and ended up with a 3.21 ratio, I was running 2.71. I think it's going to work for my trip to Colorado but will probably go back to the 2.71 ratio for my regular riding. Thanks for the help

And I did replace the chain with an o ring type, I didn't think it was warranted until I took off the old chain with just 2500 miles on it and it was shot. I was surprised at how crappy it was. Oh well, time too ride!
