Thank you dmonkey. Actually I found this drain tube in process of accessing the air filter for inspection. When I did my first oil change at 75miles, I found I added to much oil to the bike (bike was on the rear tire while on center stand, leading to me adding more oil than needed.) I have since corrected the issue and thankfully the air filter looks healthy.
