I just finished installing my oem usb charger on the Dax, really impressed with the room and cable management behind the headlight on the Dax, I'm on the fence with the mount and style of the charger. I think honda could have designed one that looked more organic to the bike.

Watching @vintagegarage 's video of installing it on the Dax, I also got that impression. Similar to the OEM heated grips, it seems like a generic item sold for multiple bikes without being particularly tailored to any of them. It's sold for the Dax and Monkey with the same part number, and then the Super Cub with a different part number.

I have my eye on the Kitaco USB power kit, if I end up picking up a Dax in the spring.

I agree with you on both, I like that charger better and I think you should buy a Dax. If you need further guidance on ways to spend money, please don't hesitate to ask. 😁, I hope you can make Sedona next month btw.

Right now I'm thinking about selling my C70 Passport as a way to mentally justify buying a Dax... 1 for 1 bike swap that would take up about the same space but be a much more fun bike. We'll see how that goes. I need to get the Honda Trail from Illinois back to Colorado again... hopefully the weather warms up soon because I'd rather ride it than haul it.

@pa2220mjd That's a slick setup. I'm surprised Honda didn't put a spot for something like that on the Dax meter stay like they did with the Trail, but I guess the Dax is pretty trimmed down (not a bad thing).

Selling the C70 and getting a Dax 125 is a better plan than selling your Trail 125 and getting a Dax 125 if the option of keeping three doesn't work.
