Fitting a 3.00x17 tire

Nice work. (y) Did you have the horn in the stock location, and if so, does it make contact with the raised fender redrilled in this way if you bottom out the forks? I did the same redrill on mine, but already had the horn raised because I replaced it with a Denali Sound Bomb Mini. For anyone else doing this, it would be good to know if it might risk denting the fender where they'd want to move the horn same as if using one of the fender riser kits. Easy enough to move the horn though, just flip the bracket or eliminate the bracket and mount the horn directly where the bracket was at.

As for the tire clearance in the fender, it also changes when the tire is in motion.

Great points! I will do some measurements and let you know if I find any interference between the bottom of the horn and the raised fender during full compression. I will probably add an addendum video with the results. Tire clearance should be the same or better at speed in the location I am measuring, while as the clearance at the top of the tire will decrease. The top has lots of room, fortunately.
