Givi E251 Mounting Plate

Being a long time motorcycle owner of many different bikes, I have accumulated a lot of accessories. I have some Givi Trekker luggage (TRK46N and TRK33N) which I'd like to mount on my CT using the Givi E251 universal mounting plate. Two questions I have:
1 - Has anyone installed this?
2 - If you have installed it, how easy is it to remove the stock luggage rack to ensure a good fitment?

I used the Givi E251 while mounting a 58L Givi Outback top case: https://hondatrail125.com/index.php...back-58-liter-monokey-top-case-and-mount.522/
You don't need to remove the rear carrier to install it. I would recommend buying the "Special Carrier for GIVI (Monokey)" brackets or making your own to position the top case closer to the rider on the rack as documented in that thread.

That might be what Honda sell in their Japanese accessory line as this part, that pairs with their 42L Givi top case offering. That's not what I bought though, so can't say for certain.
