Picking up my Trail 125 Tomorrow. Owned a bunch of Bikes over the years. Started out my journey back in the late 60's, and have spent time on a Cub50, Trail 70, Trail 90, and then street bikes... all Honda. Haven't owned a bike in 30 years... but it's time to come home. Recently retired, lots of places to ride locally, and I plan to spend time in the Mountains of SE USA.

The red tape is deep here... finally today finished my MSF course so I'll get my MC Endorsement added back to my license tomorrow, and of course I have secured insurance for both the Bike and Myself (Uninsured/Underinsured motorist)... and then Donkey and I are going out on the town...

It's more or less what I expected, like many others I wish it had a slightly higher top end for the times I'm on secondary roads with speed limits of 55-60. But it is what it is. I just changed the oil at 100 miles... to take a look, and all was well, a few shavings, but nothing more than I expected. I'll be riding that thing all over the place, running errands here and there... Honestly as my age, I don't need to go any faster, just don't want to get run over.
