well you need the cyl w the oil ports to do it correctly, and he absolutely did it right. I still have my old oil cooler off my grom, its a 5 row, might get put on one day if i swap the cyl over again. if nothing else, it holds more oil which is always a plus.

I think it's cool AF, it's not so much "I disagree with this from an engineering perspective" it's more "I would never start modifying my bike in this way." But that's the cool thing about seeing projects like this, especially ones as well documented as this - you get to see the trial and error process, and the things that someone with more time than I have had lately do it.

Honestly, there were a few days where I was watching these while waiting for servers to deploy and it was probably the high point of the day.
