Mobility Scooter Carrier

I know there are a lot of threads about hitch rack carriers. I've seen a lot of the Harbor Freight and Black Widow narrow carriers but has anyone considered one of these? I know the foot print would be REALLY close to too small but I had considered making a slot for the front tire, which would be good as a chock. I've had the narrow carriers before and I really struggled to get bikes on it, my truck is tall and my legs are not.

I’m guessing too short, too wide, and is it rated at 300#? These little bikes are pigs, guessing a rascal is about 75#. Suspend the weight out 2 or 3’ from the hitch and that lever action on scooter chinesium will test it.
