Motoskill center rack and getting to the battery

I am looking to get the Motoskill center rack since I just installed the motoskill engine guard but from the videos I have watched, none have tried to access the battery after installing it. After installing the center rack is it hard to access the battery or is it pretty straight forward?

Example: can the battery be easily accessible while on a trip with minimal access to tools. Any help would be appreciated! Just got my bike 2 days ago!

I have a similar rack. its just 3 bolts to loosen up. my suggestion is to fit a plug that you can charge the battery from remotely. like this:

i prefer the non fused on on this side of it so you can jump start it if need be.

I was just thinking of doing this, where did you run the cable to?

mine runs to a spot under the seat. open seat and pull it out if i need to. comes up the back side of the fuel tank.

Thank you, I try and do the same! I'm going to mess with all that next week. I also want to add a USB charger.
