Motoskill vs CT racks

Is there any real difference between the Motoskill and CT center and front racks other than price? I just bought a Motoskill center rack from a forum member and would like to keep the front with the same brand but the CT front rack is half the price as the Motoskill. Is there a noticable build quality difference?

Not sure which CT racks you mean, Honda official accessory racks? Some of the Honda official accessory racks in the Japanese market are just 3rd party ones made by other brands being sold through Honda.

The ct racks I was refering to look to be Motoskill knock offs and are available on Amazon, Ebay,etc..... They look just like the Motoskill but are stamped CT on the racks and are half the price

I hadn't seen those before, very interesting. They look like the same design other than the logo at least. Pictured hardware is different. Maybe you can contact one of the sellers to ask. There's a chance they're being made by the same people under two different labels, or that the CT ones are just a close copy of the Moto Skill.

The CT racks are made in China and the welds are very rough

I purchased Moto Skill crash bars (did not keep them) and thought the welds on those were sloppy as well. They may have improved since then though.
