Wow - ordered it Monday and it just arrived today, Thursday. A blind monkey could install it. Remember to watch for the washers that may fall to the floor.

My first impressions are that the seat is well made. Looks nice like others have said. I realize this isn't a new product around here. Feeling it, it feels like there's about 1/8" of foam before the plastic shell. I wonder why they didn't throw a little more on there? I took the bike around the block. I can't understand why, but it feels so much better than the stock. I'm not sure, again, why, because there is definitely more foam in the stock seat.

Sorry to start another Diabolus seat thread. Maybe the Admin should combine all comments into one sticky? Anyway, hope this helps someone. I do not regret my purchase.

I have the Diablo slim, not much padding but way more comfortable. Has more to do with the seat shape than the padding when it comes to Honda seats. Honda has perfected the miserable seat. I had to replace seats on my ST1300, VTX1300R and XTX1800F. All of them had a shape that dug into my tailbone. The CT was no exception. A level 2x6 would be more comfortable than a stock Honda seat. I also cut the bar off my rack as it also periodically caused a shooting pain up my spine when my tailbone made contact with it. Between these 2 things, I can ride the CT all day long with zero butt or back discomfort.

There are quite a few variations of K-Speed Diablo/Diabolus seats for the CT125: https://k-speed.com/en-us/collections/ct125-parts/ct125-seats

For me I've always found a well sculpted and firm seat to be the way to go for long hours comfort, same idea as with an implement (tractor) seat.

I suspect the OEM seat is the way it is because it's cheap to manufacture. The foam density might work better for lighter riders than much of the American market.

Thanks, dmonkey. I just ordered this one. Yes there are choices. I like the pan shape of this one.
In just a few months, the bike is just right, not over done, with modes.

I'm waiting for the bears to rip my stock seat apart, then go with Diablo. They seem to rip apart 4 wheeler seats all the time around here..
