Well according to the latest Dr to examine my knees I can have both knees replaced, or keep going the way I'm going and be in a wheelchair, or stay off the bikes and try to relieve pressure on my joints and maybe have a little more time before surgery. So my new motorcycle is a utv. Not what I want but I don't want the surgery yet either. Bikes have to go for know I guess, sad days in south Dakota boys.

Congratulations on the new toy. My uncle had a double knee replacement and is still climbing tree stands. Rest up and recover!

I had a double knew replacement, both on the same day BTW. I rarely go to a doctor and hate surgeries and was worried. But I could hardly walk for 5 years, never stopped riding motorcycles though.
Get your dam knees replaced, don't wait like I did. I was walking in 3 days, went on a cross country motorcycle trip at 6 weeks out.
But keep the SXS.

Thanks for all the support from you guys, working at getting some weight off before surgery I'm trying to do all the pre work I can to make it successful, I'm not off bikes for good but for the next year it will probably be 4 wheels. I've put this off to long to the point where I can barely walk, the cdt really put things into perspective for me, I can't just ignore it any more. Ive said it before many times this is the best forum on the web nothing but respect for you guys.
