Rim seal tape?

There is rim tape to protect the tube from the spokes, it does not seal though.
Some photos here:

The part number is 42713-102-005

Thanks - I’m converting to tubeless using the “ghetto” approach and wondered if I should add some protection to the tube remnant from the nipple ends

It's a thin rubber strip that is not adhered in place, so you'll definitely want to do something to seal the spoke nipple ends - and then hope they don't need adjustment for a long time.

Will check the spokes before covering, and will probably use Gorilla Tape

Although HD tubes handle the trauma of rocks and gravel, I am not sure they will prevent nails, screws and other foreign matter on the asphalt From penetrating the tube. IDK for sure though.
