Takara Tomy are a large toy and entertainment company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. They have a die-cast toy line "Tomica" (トミカ) that is similar to Mattel's Hot Wheels. For 2023 they released a Honda CT125 Hunter Cub model. It is a Honda official licensed product. It comes in at least two different types of packaging. One is a plastic wrapped box that includes the CT125, a translucent rider, and a translucent stand. The other is a hanger blisterpack that only appears to contain the CT125. On the bike the wheels spin, the fork turns if the rider's hands aren't clipped onto the handlebars, and there is a center stand that folds down but doesn't do a good job of holding the bike up. The translucent rider comes attached to a translucent block stand using pegs in its feet. Remove the rider from the block and its feet fit over the bike's pegs and its hands clip to the handelbar grips. The translucent block is molded to fit the bottom of the CT125 engine guard, so you can then set the bike on it and secure the rider even further by putting the pegs from its feet into the block stand. The frame is a zinc alloy that has some heft to it with plastic pieces attached, MABS translucent wheels, EVA black tires, PVC translucent rider and stand. Made in Vietnam.

I bought mine on eBay from a seller named "toys-island" in Hong Kong. It was well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap within a larger cardboard box. $14.90 USD shipped. Purchased on 2/18, delivered in the USA on 3/3.
The SKU is 4904810188803. It can be found on the websites of some Japanese hobby stores.
If you are buying by the model number, make sure it is the 2023 No. 106, as the previous No. 106 is a Suzuki Hustler Fire Command Vehicle. The Tomica line-up rotates and numbers get reused.

For size reference I've included a picture of it next to a 2021 Mattel Hot Wheels Honda Super Cub. Hot Wheels abandon their 1:64 scale for odd vehicles like motorcycles so I don't know the scale of the Super Cub, but it's seems about the same size as the CT125. It is much less fragile than the Fujimi 1/12 NEXT Series Honda CT125.

Sorry for the bad focus in some of the photos, 🥔 📷
