I did some things to my '21 ," Utility Bike",( its not a bike, not a scooter, so....).
Tossed the tiny air filter, (for one that looks like a K&N) as well as the rubber snorkel for a Diablo end cap, let it breath in better, ( stage 1, stage 2 is the exhaust and bigger injector a bit later), sounds more like a bike now!
Came with A few carrying racks. I added saddle bag holders and bags, took off the Harbor Freight box on the rear rack in favor of a fishing tackle bag laying on the shelf.
Cut the straps off my fanny pack from my enduro days and mounted it to front rack,( looked too empty up there,so SOMETHING had to go there!), the bar mounted phone holder came with scoot, but, added small bad to bar,( bought that for my boat and never used it!).
Bent the shifter to more suite me,( I don't use the heel part, so this seems to work well as toe shifter).
The vented seat cover was from a Harley I had and thought it was too freakin expensive to toss, so, I threw it on to protect the seat.
Just made a 2-1/2" fender lift,( wasn't going to spend$75 on 2 thin pieces of metal. Few hours with A piece of almn., copied the look of the factory one, was easy peeze!
Short ride in the 35 degrees, tells me now it pulls better, but, first gear is pretty low.
I've read a 13 tooth front is way to go..... Thoughts??????
I SWORE I wasn't going to do white to this machine, but, winter and boredom got me!!

Neat work. FYI The front fender lift brackets are $36 on Amazon. Though I get it, I fab a lot of brackets for my stuff too (my Saddlebag is made out of a street name sign I turned into a bracket). Just wanted to throw the Amazon price out there for anyone else who may not want to make their own.

Also, while I was on Amazon looking-up what those lift brackets cost, I bought a rear passenger seat for my Trail which I hadn't planned-on LOL!

Tanks!
Installed the 13 tooth front sproket.
It'll lower first gear, but, I'm hoping it'll tighten up the other gears, maybe make 4 th gear pull a bit more.
I keep seeing these bikes on FB, much more modified than what we have.
The last one I saw, had a different rear fender that looks cool!

fwiw, the ecm alone will probably not adjust enough for an open pod filter, at least not w out changing the injector out. few motors have been cooked with incorrect afrs. would -strongly- recommend putting the air intake tube back on if you aren't going to modify anything else.

Same here!
Before I get a, " better exhaust system", I'm gonna run some miles on my, " utility bike"!
Half the fun of owning a machine is to keep tinkering with it, til it runs like sh**!
Then go back!
