    Service Manual Came Today

    The lad has a mate who moved to the US of A a year or 2 ago..rang him with the numbers and he sent me the Manual. Was a lot cheaper as well as it came as a gift.

    7 seas will give you the name of an insurance company that they use. They are not new to this game as they have been importing JHM vehicles into the UK for years..I bought another Japanese home market bike from them some years ago.     U Turn challenge with auto clutch...

    First, welcome. The auto clutch works on the gear shift pedal, the first pressure felt is the clutch, then it clicks into gear. So once you get the knack you can hold the clutch in as it were.

    Shift support installed

    I am mean, i am making my own support . 👍 Bought the bearings and made the sleeves. Marked out the block of Ali, bored mount holes and first centre 15mm hole for the shaft to pass through, next job is bore down 7mm for the bearings. Then remove from Ali block and make them look nice 🤔

    HONDA CT125 Big Bore Kit

    If Honda were to upgrade ( engine wise ) the bike it would no longer be a Cub. The Cub has semi Auto gear change with the clutch on the peddle. None of the engines in the bikes in your post have that feature...Just thinking 👍

    I think when i got mine i put in Push pins, and all sorts of plastic push pins and fasteners came up. I then looked for the sizes i wanted and ordered in packs of 50 i think.
