Picked up this slightly used 2021 yesterday with 35 miles on it.

I think you'll be well pleased . Remorseful buyers who just *had* to be first are discovering it's not what they wanted so low mileage ones are popping up cheaply, my friend bought one with 900 miles and had it shipped in, he took it to The Anza Borrego Desert and gave it a hard workout, he...

Looks like you have some good Winter projects, these don't look like parts bikes to me .

Tips and Tricks for closing right side of crankcase?

I've only done the older (WAY older ;)) AutoClutch servicing but I too use a milk crate . It's critical to not let the shifter touch ANYTHING when the cover is off .

    Uprated Takegawa oil pump

Is it in yet ? . When you lean the bike over to re assemble the AutoClutch linkages, be SURE the shift pedal doesn't touch anything else the splines will be one or more off resulting in poor clutch action .

Did anyone else buy a Super Cub as a hold over until the Trail 125 is available ?

I'm getting this feeling that most here are not young pups..... :) . I looked up the NoMar tire machine : https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=no+mar+tire+changer YIKES ! $500.00 ! . If I had a shop I'd budget for one straightaway . In..... (197?) I got a job at San Gabriel...

Did anyone else buy a Super Cub as a hold over until the Trail 125 is available ?

Well ; The truth is that the Moto tires in the mid 1970's were *much* softer in the bead and sidewalls, these days I take my new tires / tubes to the local shop , they have a fancy-schmancy tire machine that doesn't even scratch alloy wheels . I also haven't had a puncture in decades . I'm...

Did anyone else buy a Super Cub as a hold over until the Trail 125 is available ?

I understand that cast alloy wheels are sturdy and fine, in the 1970's when I lived in Guatemala City I learned to pull the tube out with the wheel still mounted, it wasn't unusual to have three or four punctures a day . I just don't want alloy wheels , that's it . Retro means one thing only...

    Look what I found .....

"After a few minor adjustments she’s running like a sewing machine" Oddly enough, they're ALL like that ~ what sets HONDA apart from all others . I discovered this in the early 1970's and have been resurrecting dead Hondas ever since .

I'm shocked and saddened Honda put cast alloy wheels on the otherwise Retro Super Cub 125 .

Picked up this slightly used 2021 yesterday with 35 miles on it.

Learn to ride first, the MSF course is where I sent my then 14 Y.O. son to learn so he'd not get any of my bad & possibly dangerous habits . He turned out to be a far better and faster rider than I ever dreamed of being, he races and so on . Good deal on the purchase ! . Don't be in too much...

    Oil spinner cleanout

Isn't that amazing ? . This laying over to properly re assemble the AutoClutch linkage hasn't changed since 1957 . Gotta be careful the clutch pedal doesn't touch anything else it'll all be one spline off .
