I need to remove the handlebar on my 2024 JA65 and can't find the torque spec for the hex bolts. I looked thru the service manual and couldn't find any specific values for those bolts. I sure someone can help me. Thanks

Also the common tightening sequence for top clamps is to tighten the front (as in front of the motorcycle) 2 bolts first, then the rear 2. It's also shown on a different part of that page.

I downloaded a service manual "Honda Common Service Manual" pdf "honda-common-service-manual-201712.pdf" from this forum, but it looks like it's for ATVs? No wonder I couldn't find the info. Thanks and I'll find the correct manual. Thanks

You can find links to the Trail 125 service manual and the common service manual in this thread: https://hondatrail125.com/index.php...-downloads-owners-service-parts-catalog.1189/

The Trail 125 service manual contains model specific information, the common service manual is common/generic info that the model specific manuals often refer to. The common service manual is for ATVs, motorcycles, scooters, side-by-sides... basically Honda Powersports vehicles.
