    Airbox mod/restricted intake

Its a 30mm tb from yuminashi along with the matching Tb ---> cylinder head runner

    Airbox mod/restricted intake

Yes, I ended up experimenting a bit and decided to just throw a pod filter straight onto the throttle body, Do not try that, I wouldn't mod anything with the air intake system unless you have strict control over your AFR's. I went on a ride with that pod filter and ended up swelling/scoring the...

Yes, I ran a pod filter , and the stock piston swelled up , do not recommend

    Engine Assembly at factory

I know this isn't a Honda engine, but I'm assuming our engines got put together the same way. Its funny how we're all tip-toe'y about torque specs, and they just impact everything lol

Extremely tight step assembly (footpeg bits) bolts?

Just like @m in sc said, 6 point socket and you're golden. Plus you'll have a years worth of fuel saved from the stealerships labor cost :D

    Air intake

For the most part, if you just do the 143 + the pcx 150 injector, it'll be more Torquey, definitely noticeable. Top speed might improve some but not significantly, maybe a couple of mph.

New project. 100 twin (YL1'e'. Twin Jet)

That's so cool! Never even knew that these little twins existed. What's the plan, restoration? Seat kind of looks like that double seat you can get for the trail lol :p Not my glass of whiskey as well.

    Yuminashi 238 cam

@m in sc covered this in a thread. He pioneered the ct 125 yuminashi 143 bbk + pcx 150 injector + efie mod. Swapping the injector for a bigger one on the 143 doesn't necessarily give you better power, its just to trick the ecu into not running too lean for that bigger bore. Because the ecu...

    Yuminashi 238 cam

A racer is great, but only in conjunction with the af2 module, obviously, far better than the pcv I have in my 701

    Air intake

The air filter? I put on the uni pod filter, fitted it straight onto the throttle body After I scored that cylinder and piston I went with a 143 yuminashi kit and the aracer standalone ecu to control the fuelling I also have a different (bigger) throttle body now which required a bigger...

    Air intake

I have, but if you don't have a fuel controller I don't recommend it. I scored my piston on my stock cylinder with the foam pod filter directly on the throttle body. Was running WOT for a couple of miles and I guess the stock ecu wasn't correcting enough, running lean and hot.

    HONDA CT125 Big Bore Kit

I don't know a good one that fits the ct 125 without extra modifications. I tried the Morin oil cooler, which bolts the "inlet" of oil from the left lower head-stud, but unfortunately that port has very small pressure and it wouldn't circulate the oil. You could maybe do the Oil cooler + kitaco...

    HONDA CT125 Big Bore Kit

I wouldn't do the 164 kit, without a proper fueling solution. I would go with the 143 + the 140cc injector + the efei at the minimum.( search @m in sc 's Efei guide on the forum) The 143 even with proper fueling runs decently hot compared to the stock bore, I don't want to know what the oil...

    HONDA CT125 Big Bore Kit

Because even the stock parts are so cheap. That cylinder you get with the kit is literally a genuine honda cylinder thats resleeved to accept the bigger piston you get. The piston is not a Honda one but for the price looks fantastic. I did the work myself, and it also was the first time I've...

    HONDA CT125 Big Bore Kit

Hey Paul, from what I've seen, that particular kit had a issue with the sizing of the piston(?). I remember seeing @m in sc having problems with that kit. This one is a good kit, especially for the money: https://www.yuminashi.eu/143cc-56mm-light-bore-kit-msx-sf-grom-sf-monkey-125/ Both me and...
