    JASO T 903 Standard: MA SAE Standard: 10W-30 API Classification: SG or higher That's all pretty straight forward, but then it says to avoid oils marked resource/energy conserving. I can't find anything that fits the bill.

    I need to change my oil for the first time and I'd like to tighten the oil plug with the proper torque value. The service manual on Helminc.com has been sold out for weeks.
