    Rude Awakening

I got tired of shoddy work and super expensive shop time just for tires. I also own seven motorcycle. I also ride quite a bit. My TW200 is not in this pic. I love having a climate controlled shop, a good lift table, and a tire machine.

    Motorcycle Safety

Not necessarily a primer, but what I've found to help on my Trail in those situations. I choose roads that have speed limits below the comfy speed on my Trail. I weight about 250lbs, so mine seems most comfortable at 45mph and below. I stick to city roads with limits of 45 or less. When riding...

    Motorcycle Safety

Thanks for the well thought out question. Is "Donk" a name for a 125Trail or some other bike? The answers will be similar, but not exact.. Unless It is a really sharp/slow curve, I rarely downshift. Your speed adjustment should be done before you actually get TO the curve. About one second...

I almost hesitate to mention this, but I taught the MSF courses (all of them) for 30 years. I trained the instructors from 2003 until I retired at the end of 2021. I've been a licensed rider since 1968. (I'm just establishing a baseline here) I've not been off a bike for any length of time over...

Oh the places they’ll take you.

Beautiful place for sure, but not nearly the deepest canyon east of the Grand Canyon. Their website says "one of the deepest canyons east of the Mississippi River." Both Black Canyon of the Gunnison in Colorado and Palo Duro Canyon in Texas are about twice as deep.

    My other ride

I'm just 68, but I like riding a lot. I've not been without a bike since 1967. This is my current stable. They add up to 147 years of age and about 500,000 miles.

    Thanks for this board

I just brought my new CT125 home yesterday. I'm looking forward to learning about it here. I've been riding steadily since 1967. My last CT was a CT70 back in the 1970s. I am in the Texas Panhandle.
