    I've used that very oil too. It works well for long wide open runs. After a big bore kit install, I switched to Amsoil 15w50. I am still pondering the use of 20w40 as it claims better thermal break down resistance in general. I also have some Rotella 15w40 sitting around🤔

    Perhaps upgrade the chain to a sealed type? I also know there are products out there that spray on to prevent rust. I can't say I have ever tried them though. There may be stainless steel bolts and nuts out there that you could upgrade to with anti seize on the threads.

    I went one up one tooth on my front sprocket since I have a similar use. I lost some top speed as well, but smoothed out the bike vibrations. It maxed out at about 50 MPH.     Could you define 4 point seizure? I agree it a heat problem and yes it was on the side of lean. I was running a cam and air filter. At least a stock 125 cc piston is cheap.
