    Loud pop noise when shifting

you might go ahead and take it to the dealer just to start the time line on the issue in case your warranty expires and it goes south on you.

    Tachometer

I thought about installing something like this, then decided it would be a waste of $$$$, because it is what it is with these little beasts, you run em at top end, who cares about knowing the RPM's

    The “gremlin” bell?

Not really sure why or where it started but the JK series Jeeps started it, and it has moved into other genres of Jeeps now. They can be purchased in bulk on Amazon, just search jeep ducks and you will get more than you bargained for! Jus sayin! And then there's the what they call " Easter...

    The “gremlin” bell?

I I have been "Ducked" 5 times, but I don't do it myself. Me? I leave small plastic dinosaurs in visible spots while riding the Jeep or CT into somewhat remote sites. Just wonder what they may think when they stumble across them. Probably have about 30 of them out there.

    The “gremlin” bell?

Hell yeah, perfect location! Not only do they fall off the back end, they burn up in the exhaust too!

Should I get an old 110 or a new 125?

I think the new ones missed on 4 things: 1. No dual speed gear box, but it's not a show stopper. 2. No spare fuel can with mount, attached to rear rack. 3. Should have come with a 13 tooth front sprocket from the factory, easily fixable 4. The transmission shifting sequence, from 1 down 3 up to...

    The “gremlin” bell?

I have one on everyone of my bikes, they work for me! That said they need to be mounted at the rear of the bike, or the Gremlins can jump back on! Just Sayin, and you can’t just go out and buy one for yourselves, they have to be a gift from a believer! There you have it 😎

Wanted Trade: 2024 Trail125 (Yellow) for 2023 Trail125 (Green) Western US

    Cheap parts chain oiler

I had oilers on my dirt and race bikes, but the CT just doesn't scream for an oiler. But it was a cool project for sure. This is the stuff I look for on this site!

First REAL ride on my scoot

swap out the front sprocket with a 13 tooth and you will be very pleased with it's performance on the type roads you are describing.

Does anyone know what kind of cool light this is?

It's kinda cool looking on there, but it gets in way of my beer holder! Just sayin!

    New crop of riders!

Welcome, It’s good to start seeing a new crop of riders joining the forum with the arraival of the new Yellow Belly’s. While the site was doing good with the few of us actively trying to keep it fresh, this is going to bring new perspective to the site. That said, I would encourage the new users...

    Chain Adjustment

I really only use torque wrenches for motor rebuilds and internals, not so much on regular fasteners, but I been wrenching for quite a few years now! ;)

    First look at a 24

I didn't ask, it was at R&S so it would be way over priced! just sayin!

    First look at a 24

So they have a new 24 on the show room floor here in town so I ran by to take a look at the new "Yellow" version, and after staring at it for a few minutes,,,,, I'm pretty happy with my "Green" one! ;) Just thought I would toss that out there, since I did show some interest in a Yellow one.

    Does anyone own these boots?

good looking boots. I ride with an old pair of Combat Tours most of the time and also run some short MX boots sometimes depending on what I'm up to.

    Ct125 easy to ride?

I have to agree with your assessment of the off road capabilities. You can get in over your head. The light weight and low power make you really think about your riding style. Everything becomes more technical, you better be paying attention or you will pay the price. But to an experienced...

    Lens Guards

you peel off a backing and they glue in place. make sure you have them aligned because that is some serious adhesive on there. I need to post up some pics of my CT, I think you guys would like what I've done to her, she's a little urban worrier!

F me. Got a flat in the rear today.

as mentioned above I did the same thing, about 18 miles to be exact, no tire damage ;) reported!
