2022 Trail 125 CT125H at no reserve auction in Maryland only 150 miles on it!

There's an Auction company called "trice" in Maryland that's posted a video of a like new 125 Trail with only 150 miles on it with title!
The guy is calling it a moped in the video? I called and they said the title is 2022.
The auction ends online Monday May 12th in the evening. Right now its only at $285.00!
Must be from some kind of estate cleanup. Looks minty!

Yep, Chinese clone bike. I think I found the video you're talking about, and it looks like an Ice Bear Champion with "Honda Trail 125" and "CT125H" decals on it.

Are true Honda trail VINs easily identified as opposed to Chinese ones? They say it has a legal title, so it must have some kind of VIN on the bike

They don't advertise it as a Honda. It is definitely not a 2022 Honda anything. $285 isn't a bad price for the Ice Bear. You would be able to tell what it is from the VIN.

Some tells to anyone familiar with these bikes are that a real Honda stamped metal frame bike with a 125cc engine like that is only a "Dax 125" or "ST125" in the USA for 2025 so far. When Honda sold them here before, it was a long time ago (not 2022) and they were CT70 and ST90 models. If you look up the Ice Bear Champion clone bike, it's a visual match for the bike in the auction other than it being restickered.
