Just a heads up in case you weren't aware, that screenshot of a CT125 tool kit for sale is for a 1970s-80s Honda CT125. Totally different bike.

The plastic picker is a mini fuse puller.
Honda likely want you to bring it to your dealer for suspension adjustment, but all you need is a pin spanner.
Honda P/N 89215-404-670 should work, that's what's included in the tool kit in Japan

I had the dealer do no cost adjustment one day after if was discovered no spanner in tool kit. Tool box is so small there was barely room for the owners manual. I have old spanner somewhere. No big deal really it is set it max and forget it. That made it fairly stiff but I wiegh 250 at 6 feet.

The parts fiche for the toolbox have the spanners and spark plug wrench listed as “(optional)”.

Toolbox

maybe ~$20ish in ”official Honda” parts if you want to go that way. Or similar possibly found at Harbor Freight for ~$1.79 or so… 🤭🤔
