Cheap Hooker

You can buy an expensive "washer hook" for the CT125 if you want to. I went to Walmart and purchased a 2 bungee-cord set for $1.97, the plastic over metal type. Cut the hooks off, drilled a hole in each and used zip ties to secure them to my front rack. They swing out as needed. Ugly and cheap just the way I like my hookers!

These look like they'd also serve more purposes than the regular "washer hooks", which are really just anchor posts to wrap a hook, rope, cable, or bag around.

My thoughts exactly, can be used anywhere on the bike and they are closer to $2.00 than the $40.00 Webike coat-hook....have a few pieces left over too!
