Hello from Florida! I just hit 1k miles on mine. I use it as a commuter and to go on short errands around town. I'm really liking it so far, but am interested in changing sprockets to the ones in the supercub. All I've changed is the mirrors, and bolted a coke flats crate on the back. Love the elastic net.
One thing I just recently sorted out was a headlight rattle! Has anyone else had this issue? I had to take the light out of the metal housing ring and add felt to the top (unsupported) side of the ring. Took 3 tried to get it just right. Pretty frustrating, as it was an incredibly loud rattle. Anyway! Here's the bike.

Supercub uses a 14T front and 36T back. The CT125 uses a 14T front, 39T back. The cheapest option to test this is likely a 15T countersprocket should do the trick, part number JTF 273.15 is the one you're looking for, and Kitaco has an equivalent.

2 words of warning, I needed to use a thin wall socket for the countersprocket locking bolts (P/N 92101-06010-0A) because the regular sockets wouldn't engage them properly and I rounded off the bolt head the first time. Not an expensive mistake but a fairly annoying one. The countersprocket swap takes about 10 minutes although if you're going smaller to bigger you'll also need to adjust the chain tension which will add some time. The other word of warning is the ABS is tied to the front and rear wheels using the expected ratio, so if you deviate from 14-39 too far it will stop working.

You'll probably experience no issues but give the forum a search and/or make a post about it first if you care about that. IIRC the speedometer calculations for the stock tires with the 15T sprocket actually work out to correct the speedometer reading slightly high, within 1% of true speed.

One thing I just recently sorted out was a headlight rattle! Has anyone else had this issue?
I have a headlight rattle that makes itself known at anything over 6000 RPM. I can get actual speed numbers for you if needed. I left it alone, however you should also make sure to blue loctite the following bolts on both sides of the headlight (P/N 91509-GE2-760) and add it to your inspection list. Mine came loose and one fell out. Since they hold the headlight into the bracket, that can be pretty bad.
