Can someone recommend a clock I can mount on my bike (preferably digital) that is waterproof? I do not mount my phone on the bike.

+1 for the Casio F-91W. If you need better water resistance than 30 meter, like for pouring rain, try the Casio W59 which has a 50 meter rating.
