Webike are reporting that Japan will be getting the new "Pearl Sugarcane Beige" and "Pearl Smoky Gray" colors, same as Thailand.

Note that there is no source mentioned in the Webike article to confirm these details with information released by Honda (yet) other than what has already been published about the 2024 Thai model.
Other notable details: the
OEM gear position sensor & clock is said to be supported on the Japanese 2025 model year CT125, new mirrors, new exhaust pipe design to accommodate a different catalyst location which Webike
speculate could be to comply with Euro 5+ for a EU release, updated exhaust guard to match the new exhaust pipe, different tune (improved fuel economy), and a price increase in Japanese Yen that works out to around $235 USD equivalent.
Some things to keep in mind are that price is region specific, the tune and emissions equipment on a USA model may differ, and that the USA model has a reversed shift pattern so the gear indicator is unlikely to be compatible without modification unless they were to release a USA specific version of the accessory. Looking at price history of the Thai model, there has been no price increase in Thailand with the latest model, the price has been the same since at least the 2022 model year, though the bike launched for about $120 USD equivalent less back in 2020. So price changes don't necessarily carry over from one country to another.
Webike clearly got the tire sizes wrong in the section where they estimate the specs for the 2025 model.
