It looks like that page may have moved. They've added the Thai 2024 model to their site under Menu -> Models -> CT125 2024

I can only think that the "TRAILOR MADE" banner is an Engrish mistranslation that wasn't well reviewed before being published. If not, I'd be interested to know what it means.

Pearl Smoky Gray and Pearl Sugarcane Beige both seem to be colors Honda have already used on other motorcycle models.

Pearl Smoky Gray, color code NHC53P
This color is also a primary color for the USA 2024 model Honda ADV160.

Pearl Sugarcane Beige, color code NHC13P
This color is also used as a secondary color for the leg shield and side body covers on the USA 2023-2024 Pearl Gray Super Cub C125

CUB House explained their new marketing phrase, TRAILOR MADE, on Facebook:
Trailor Made" is a play on the phrase "Tailor Made," which means custom-made or specially designed. It combines "Tailor Made" with "trail," implying a rugged or adventure-oriented style. So, "Trailor Made" refers to something custom-designed for people who are into trail activities or rugged adventures.

Webike are reporting that Japan will be getting the new "Pearl Sugarcane Beige" and "Pearl Smoky Gray" colors, same as Thailand.
Note that there is no source mentioned in the Webike article to confirm these details with information released by Honda (yet) other than what has already been published about the 2024 Thai model.

Other notable details: the OEM gear position sensor & clock is said to be supported on the Japanese 2025 model year CT125, new mirrors, new exhaust pipe design to accommodate a different catalyst location which Webike speculate could be to comply with Euro 5+ for a EU release, updated exhaust guard to match the new exhaust pipe, different tune (improved fuel economy), and a price increase in Japanese Yen that works out to around $235 USD equivalent.

Some things to keep in mind are that price is region specific, the tune and emissions equipment on a USA model may differ, and that the USA model has a reversed shift pattern so the gear indicator is unlikely to be compatible without modification unless they were to release a USA specific version of the accessory. Looking at price history of the Thai model, there has been no price increase in Thailand with the latest model, the price has been the same since at least the 2022 model year, though the bike launched for about $120 USD equivalent less back in 2020. So price changes don't necessarily carry over from one country to another.

Webike clearly got the tire sizes wrong in the section where they estimate the specs for the 2025 model.

The photos for the USA Dax 125 press release include photos of the Monkey, Grom, Trail, Dax, and Navi. There are a few photos titled "2025 Honda miniMOTO family" which include the Trail 125 in Turmeric Yellow, and the Navi in Arctic Silver Metallic. Both of these are currently 2024 model year colors, suggesting they may continue to be available as the USA 2025 model year. It's also possible someone just needed to title the photos and didn't put that much thought into the actual 2025 model year color availability for the Trail.

That is much appreciated. I hadn't seen that photo. I think your final though might be right. I am hearing that yellow is out of production and very scarce now in Thailand. I also see that the page at:

https://powersports.honda.com/build?family=trail125

is still pitching the 2024. I would think that if the 2025 Trail had been announced, the site would let you build one.

Honda have now officially announced the 2025 model year CT125 for the Japanese market, confirming the details Webike had reported earlier.

  • New color variations: “Pearl Sugar Cane Beige” and “Pearl Smoky Gray”
  • The protector attached to the exhaust pipe and the shape of the rearview mirror have been changed.
  • "Clock & gear position meter" added to genuine accessories (sold separately)

Note that the applicable machine numbers for the clock & gear position meter seem to start with the 2025 model year numbers, suggesting it may not be compatible with the 2023-2024MY.
I suspect Honda may have updated the wiring harness for the 2025 JA65 in markets where this accessory is going to be sold.

The CT125 has had the passenger pegs in the Japanese market, I wouldn't expect the USA model to end up with them from the factory though.

I guess that throws that weight limit listed on the the rack out the window… Unless there's some other structural support back there on the Japanese bikes. My 110 and 90 never seem to have an issue with a lot of weight on the rack

I placed an order for the sugarcane beige model. It is supposed to arrive in early/mid December. The color is actually the same as what is on the fairing and side trim of the SuperCub C125 that has been around for a few years.

For anyone curious about the mirror and exhaust shield updates, here are some Japanese market press photos cropped for comparison to highlight the changes.
