There are plenty that have had more than 1. Locally Honda of Melbourne FL has had at least two, meanwhile Ridenow in Daytona still haven't received their first. Go figure.
The dealer I bought mine from has just informed my buddy who is #2 that it should be here in June. So they are coming in, but I can't quite say exactly how they are being distributed.

Picked mine up today, August 26th. It is the second one my local dealer has received and no more are coming in 2021. I put a deposit on it in April and it was supposed to be shipped in late June but finally arrived this past Monday. Very happy to own it!
