The gear shaft support video is now live, it make a difference to how positive the shifter feels so have decided to purchase the G-Craft Gear shift stabiliser type 2 #32625 for CT125 JA55. A bit costly in the UK at just under £60, but has needle a bearing and is made for the JA55. I'll post an installation on my bike when it arrives.

Looking for a shift bracket for my Gen 1 as well. Having seen your video I'm going to try a Beezdeals Revolution Shift Shaft Bracket. Feel I need to get it done sooner rather than later.

I would defiantly get one with a bearing, having found them to work I bought a G-Craft type 2 #32625. The type 2 has a good quality roller bearing whereas type 1 used a ball bearing. Just posted a video on the G-Craft:
