Just to update - the price April 2024 is still 88900.
"Negotiable" rather applies to the 'promotions', which are decided by the dealership it seems. I live in NE Thailand and with a CubHouse here in town and within 50 miles on either side of me 2 more, each one offering different promos, like backbone rack or headlight rack or both or neither. The red one gets both and yellow gets none (locally). Very rarely if at all will they discount price. All offer home delivery and first year registration/mandatory insurance. FWIW anyone reading this in Thailand - 'Mandatory Insurance' covers personal injury up to ฿30,000, nothing on the bike.
