It is OEM part number 18350K2EJ00, I bought one by requesting a quote for it from Webike:
Honda Official Licensed Products COVER COMP MUFFLER[18350K2EJ00] x 1 pcs
HONDA OEM PARTS
Item number[18350K2EJ00]
price (without tax) ¥10,945 * 1 = ¥10,945
What is included in the part is the whole upper exhaust shield, the aluminum and the black plastic piece on it which has little plastic nubs that go through the holes in the aluminum and do not appear to be removable without damage. You will need to re-use the bolts and rubber grommets from the shield you are removing and transfer them over to it, or buy them. Parts image here:

Also for reference, here it is a scratched up a bit after the bike blew over on the exhaust side:
So, I've read one or two things on this forum this way and that, But i thought i'd bring it up for discussion to see if I could get a consensus: Since there's no Power Commander or other piggybacks available for our bike just yet, Is it foolish to fit a full exhaust with no Cat? I've seen...
