Fishing rod holder- installed

Tonight I installed the DRC double fishing rod holder. Installation was a breeze, the most difficult part was having to cut a notch out of a plastic cover for the lower mount to clear.

The rig is lighter weight and more “tinny” than I had hoped for. I will run the bike with it tomorrow to see if it gives off any vibration sounds.

In all honesty I am not expecting it to be very durable. If it fails or I just do not like it I will simply bolt it off and no harm done. Regardless, I will be sure to post a report on how it performs.

As promised a ride report: I rode the bike to work today and I experienced no issues whatsoever. So far this farkle is working exactly as it should. No tinny vibrations or sounds or anything of the sort
