GCraft Side rack hardware replacement

I got the gcraft side rack from beezdeals but unfortunately lost the bubble wrapped hardware when I moved before I was able to install.

Can anyone confirm the size and fitment of the hardware so I can purchase something similar at the hardware store? My main concerns are the length of the spacer for proper alignment and finding one that tapers into the hole.
