Does it not have one or are you trying to get awsy from heel toe shifter? Thr splind is the same on slmost all motorcycle transmissions. I used a zip wheel to cut off the weld and repositioned it 2 inches further back on the stock shift arm.. Then I cut off the remainder of the heel part. Now it fits my size 13 boot. Using a bench vice with soft jaws and some angle adjustments to the stock shift arm. It only cost time, plus a simple reweld of spline to shaft. Stock shift arm bends very easy as it is just shiny steel not cast.

can also drill right though the hole and use a longer m6 bolt and a nylock. probably the easiest repair. .02
Yes thanks, probably end up doing that but was hoping someone could point me to a link for a new one? Iam finding out it's not too easy sourcing parts lol

Drill it and use the longer bolt with nylock will be the easiest quickest and arguably strongest solution.

if nothing else, its an easy repair to get you by till you can source a new one. and yes, it absolutely is stronger.

If you want a stock replacement, here's a link to that section of a parts catalog. Being in the UK you might want to search around for the part numbers and may need to import them, or if you want to go to a toe only shifter there are aftermarket options.

The stock bolt broke very easily for me and I had to extract it, so I'd recommend not running the OEM one again if you replace the shifter pedal.

Anyone that has tried the Hammerhead for the 21-22 model on the 23-24 models that found it doesn't work, what is the issue? Not enough offset, too much offset, not long enough, too long, spline shaft diameter, number of splines, etc?

I looked at my Montesa 300RR lever, 1-1/2" short, looks like offset may be ok. Beta XTrainer too much offset, 1" too short. Husky FE501 way too much offset, about 1" too short . Honda CRF250F way too short (2"). CRF 150F, CRF 110, KLX 110, CRF 50, Sunday Motors Flat Trackers - all not even in the same galaxy.

I haven't been able to find any manufacturer dimension specs.

Will look at my son's house at our vintage trials bikes (Yamaha TY and my Fantic 240).

Hate to order anything without something that gives me at least a little confidence.

Get creative with a zip wheel and a welder to rework the stock heel toe job. I cut of the spline adapter rewelded it about 2 inches further on the shank. To come up with this version of a size 13
Boot. Stock lever rebounds easy in a vice and hammer.
