Headlight/front rack

Best would depend on what you're looking to use the rack for and any other criteria you have for it.
I have a Takegawa one with a spring on it and the spring makes it quite useful for me on short errand rides. On longer rides it fits a Yeti SideKick with my toolkit inside strapped to the front carrier. I'm quite happy with it, but if you're planning to haul a lot of weight up front it wouldn't be the right rack for that.

H2C make a really simple and heavy duty looking rack that can also fit a tool roll or have a small box (Pelican/Apache case) attached to it. It's the cleanest looking option IMO.

I have the h2c, only complaints are I had to shim out one of the mounts with washers and the black lost its luster, kind of flat black grey ish. I have the rack too.
Other than that it has been great, someone posted wd-40 or some other treatment for it…
It does live outside and this part of AZ gets the 3rd most snow in the US!
